Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, blood products, pharmaceuticals, and lab equipment between facilities
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive shipments
- Complete accurate documentation and tracking for all deliveries
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year experience in medical transport or logistics preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of medical specimen handling
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
