Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off packages at designated residential and commercial locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure packages are intact upon receipt.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries.
- Use mobile technology to update delivery status and capture proof of delivery.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Proficiency with smartphones for navigation and app-based reporting.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
