Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods to residential and commercial locations within NYC
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and organize inventory efficiently
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
