Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Boston
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and update ETAs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating company vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Boston streets and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
