Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Fort Worth
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization using our proprietary app
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Uphold company standards for professionalism and safety compliance
- Assist with warehouse duties during off-peak hours as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Reliable transportation to depot location
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Pass background and drug screening
