Responsibilities
- Safely operate freight vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical safety before/during routes
- Coordinate with dispatch for real-time delivery updates
- Provide excellent customer service during client interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years freight driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic navigation skills with GPS familiarity
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
