Responsibilities
- Safely operate freight vehicles to transport goods between Honolulu ports, warehouses, and distribution centers
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for inventory tracking
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional freight or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate pallet jacks
- Strong knowledge of Honolulu geography and traffic patterns
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on shipping schedules
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
