Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely to transport construction materials, debris, or waste to designated sites
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload materials efficiently using hydraulic controls
- Navigate construction sites and urban environments with precision
- Complete delivery documentation and coordinate with dispatch teams
- Maintain clean, compliant vehicles and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Strong spatial awareness and depth perception skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Familiarity with Buffalo-area roads and construction sites preferred
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting abilities
