Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in San Francisco and surrounding areas.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Handle packages with extreme care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Interact professionally with customers to provide excellent service and resolve any delivery issues.
- Collect payments or obtain necessary signatures for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and log mileage and hours accurately.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for GPS and app-based logging.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of the San Francisco geography is preferred.
- Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
