Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Atlanta metro area.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, including accepting signatures and handling returns.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and company uniform.
- Update delivery status in the company’s tracking system after every stop.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and logging.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
