Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Delivery: Transport packages to residential and commercial locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, obtaining signatures, and ensuring packages are delivered correctly.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your delivery vehicle clean, organized, and fueled at all times.
- Route Planning: Use the mobile app to optimize delivery routes and manage time effectively.
- Documentation: Accurately record delivery statuses and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
Qualifications
- Driver’s License: Valid Class C Driver’s License required.
- Clean Record: A clean driving record is mandatory (no DUIs or major violations).
- Vehicle: Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- Smartphone: Must own an Android or iOS smartphone for navigation and app access.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
