Job Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and map applications to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and perform routine checks.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle cash or digital payments accurately and process returns as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs (if applicable).
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for route tracking.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
