Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with recipients
- Follow optimized routes to maximize delivery efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Inspect vehicles before and after shifts to ensure safe operating conditions
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers in real-time
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
