Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Georgia
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking system
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Handle package loading/unloading with care to prevent damage
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Georgia road networks preferred
