Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and safe manner.
- Practice defensive driving and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and handling signatures.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after routes.
- Use handheld devices to log delivery statuses and manage time efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
- Handle cash on delivery (COD) transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Current auto insurance and vehicle registration.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
