Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout San Diego County.
- Adhere to assigned delivery routes and time schedules to ensure 100% on-time performance.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, managing package handling with care to ensure zero damage.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, wash the vehicle regularly, and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Report delivery exceptions, missing packages, or damage incidents to the dispatch team immediately.
- Complete all necessary delivery paperwork (e.g., Proof of Delivery) accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe driving record at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver's License and current auto insurance.
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van) with valid registration and inspection.
- Access to a smartphone with a reliable data plan for navigation and app communication.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently without close supervision.
