Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers within designated Portland areas
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspectionsOptimize delivery routes using provided GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Accurately process payments and manage cashless transactions
- Report delivery issues, traffic patterns, and customer feedback to operations team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency with GPS navigation apps
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs consistently
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for order verification and payment handling
