Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for regional freight delivery
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and accurate log maintenance
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
- Manage delivery schedules with punctual route execution
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience (or graduate of certified CDL school)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and electronic logging devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be at least 21 years of age
