Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and business locations within the Orlando metro area.
- Navigate efficiently using our in-app GPS and route optimization tools.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all orders, verifying signatures where required.
- Practice excellent customer service, handling inquiries and directions professionally.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized delivery bag.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery exceptions immediately to the support team.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class E) and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan (Android or iOS).
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road.
