Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Ensure timely and accurate drop-offs while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
- Inspect vehicles daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues before starting shifts.
- Utilize mobile apps for route planning and real-time communication with dispatch.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
- Handle package returns and manage customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation apps.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
