As a Delivery Driver for our team, you will play a crucial role in getting packages to our customers on time and in perfect condition. We provide the vehicle, the fuel, and the training. You bring the experience and the drive.
What You’ll Do:
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated delivery points in the Baltimore metro area.
- Unload packages, verify contents, and ensure customer signatures are collected.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to strict time schedules and route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues with grace.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections as required by law and company policy.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate the company vehicle in all weather conditions to transport goods.
- Accurately sort and load merchandise to ensure safe transit.
- Deliver packages to residential and business customers with a focus on customer service.
- Collect payments or obtain electronic signatures for delivered goods.
- Report any vehicle damage or mechanical issues promptly.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (no DUIs, reckless driving, or major accidents in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for route management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
