Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Omaha area.
- Observe all traffic laws and ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to a professional dress code and polite demeanor.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned routes within the scheduled timeframe.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are delivered in the condition they were received.
- Utilize company technology for navigation and delivery confirmation.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age (or state legal driving age).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable personal vehicle (if not using company truck) with valid insurance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
