Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, or retail items to customers within designated Omaha areas
- Verify delivery details and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate delivery status updates via company app
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Reliable transportation to/from shift locations
- Ability to work independently and in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tip processing
