Responsibilities

- Verify item condition upon delivery and obtain digital signatures for proof of receipt.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to strict traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Utilize the mobile app for real-time route updates and delivery notifications.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class D) with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for GPS and app usage.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
