Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout the New York metro area.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance while representing CitySwift Logistics.
- Utilize the company mobile app for navigation, dispatching, and proof of delivery.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class D or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a smartphone capable of running our delivery application.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of the New York City area geography is a plus.
