Responsibilities
- Pick up packages from local distribution centers and commercial businesses in Miami.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses with accuracy and care.
- Obtain electronic signatures for all deliveries to ensure proof of receipt.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery times and special instructions.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery (sedan, van, or SUV).
- Smartphone with a stable internet connection for our dispatch software.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
