Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers and businesses in Mesa, AZ, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care, maintaining a 100% damage-free delivery record.
- Adhere to strict time windows and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, handling inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, document mileage, and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Utilize company-provided mobile apps for navigation, dispatch updates, and proof of delivery.
- Manage cash handling and digital transactions accurately at the point of delivery.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Current, valid auto insurance and registration.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity (Android or iOS) for app-based operations.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of the Mesa, AZ geography or the ability to learn it quickly using GPS.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety protocols.
