Responsibilities
- Transport goods to designated residential and commercial addresses in Memphis and surrounding areas.
- Interact professionally with customers, including handling signatures and addressing inquiries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
- Utilize handheld devices for navigation, route planning, and delivery verification.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery incidents to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with smartphone applications.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
