Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods to designated locations using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickup and drop-off interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating delivery vehicles
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries in the Memphis metropolitan area
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with minimum 1-year clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Memphis streets and surrounding areas
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to and from the Beale Street depot
- Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly (flexible scheduling available)
- Pass background check and drug screening
