Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages in a timely and professional manner across the Los Angeles metro area.
- Ensure the safe handling and secure delivery of all items, adhering to company protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures where required.
- Report any delivery issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
- Keep delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Utilize company mobile apps to manage routes and communicate with dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone apps and GPS navigation.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
