Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages and merchandise to customers across Long Beach
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle with provided supplies
- Verify order accuracy and resolve delivery issues with exceptional customer service
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Track delivery status through our mobile app and communicate with customers
- Collaborate with restaurant partners to coordinate pickup times
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (4-door sedan or larger) with valid insurance
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Strong time-management and route optimization skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings (4-10 PM) and weekends
- Basic knowledge of Long Beach neighborhoods preferred
