Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Obtain proper signatures and ensure package integrity upon delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to resolve any issues.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle interior.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Complete all required paperwork and digital logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for navigation and logging apps.
- Reliable smartphone (Android or iOS) for job management.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
