Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Verify package contents and condition upon receipt.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Follow traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle.
- Update the delivery status in the mobile application in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (sUV or Truck preferred for larger items).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and order management.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
