Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial locations.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and time frames.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, including confirming deliveries and answering questions.
- Inspect vehicle for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Load and unload packages using dollies, hand trucks, or by hand as required.
- Follow GPS navigation and route optimization tools to ensure efficiency.
- Accurately log mileage, fuel purchases, and delivery statuses in the mobile app.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone technology and GPS applications.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
