Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Kansas City, MO.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle proof of delivery documentation.
- Manage time effectively to ensure on-time delivery targets are met.
- Practice cash handling and secure payment procedures when applicable.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and stack packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for route tracking and communication.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and different times of the day.
