Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Interact with customers in a polite and courteous manner, handling package handoffs efficiently.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures as required.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to management.
- Manage delivery paperwork and electronic logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (if not provided by company) and current auto insurance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
