Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations in New York City.
- Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered on time, every time.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every delivery stop.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Manage delivery paperwork and digital logs accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure safety.
- Unload packages efficiently at the destination.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
