Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Fresno area in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for all packages.
- Inspect vehicle for cleanliness and functionality before and after each shift.
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving safety policies.
- Handle customer inquiries politely and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Keep the delivery van or personal vehicle organized and well-stocked.
- Adhere to timeframes for deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for GPS navigation and order updates.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication with dispatch and customers.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
