Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Dallas metro area within the allotted time window.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a friendly and professional delivery experience.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift to ensure it is clean and roadworthy.
- Manage paperwork and digital logs accurately, including proof of delivery and mileage tracking.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to maintain a perfect driving record.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van) with current insurance and registration.
- Passion for customer service and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Smartphone proficiency (Android or iOS) for accessing the delivery app and navigation tools.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and reaching.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays if needed.
