Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across New York
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect vehicles before and after shifts to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution centers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Basic GPS navigation skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
