Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers within designated Philadelphia zones
- Maintain accurate delivery tracking through our mobile app and provide real-time order updates
- Verify order details and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Perform routine vehicle checks and ensure cleanliness/maintenance of company equipment
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols during delivery operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and maintain on-time performance
- Document delivery exceptions and provide feedback for service improvement
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Reliable personal vehicle (model 2010 or newer) with valid insurance
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based navigation and order management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with punctual delivery performance
