Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and documents to customers across Philadelphia
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/maintenance of delivery vehicles
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate delivery status updates and delays to dispatch team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse locations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Familiarity with Philadelphia streets and surrounding areas
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to/from shift locations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
