Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses within Fort Wayne city limits
- Accurate scanning and documentation of all deliveries using our mobile tracking system
- Exceptional customer service, including assistance with special delivery requests
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
- Assist with package sorting and loading at the distribution hub
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer communication abilities
- Basic familiarity with Fort Wayne streets and neighborhoods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
