Responsibilities
- Safe and timely pickup and delivery of packages to residential and commercial locations.
- Utilize the company mobile application for route navigation and order management.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients and handling packages with care.
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical function.
- Handle cash/card payments and process returns or exchanges accurately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (personal or company-provided).
- Smartphone (iOS or Android) with data plan and camera access.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
