Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items across NYC boroughs
- Optimize routes using our proprietary GPS navigation system
- Maintain pristine vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre/post-shift inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Accurately process payments and manage digital transactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates in real-time via mobile app
- Assist with warehouse inventory when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Must own or have reliable access to a smartphone for app operations
