Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to customers within designated Illinois routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions at each stop
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for weekday shifts (morning/afternoon)
