Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure all items are accounted for before handing them over.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a secure delivery experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your delivery vehicle or equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and handling feedback professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily logs and receipts.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable vehicle (car, bike, or scooter) and current registration/insurance.
- Ownership of a modern smartphone with a stable internet connection for GPS navigation.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs (where applicable).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
