Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout New York City.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate drop-offs to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Keep your vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained to ensure a professional appearance.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to log proof of delivery and update status in real-time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages from the vehicle as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable vehicle (Car, Van, or Scooter) in good working condition.
- Smartphone with a data plan capable of running delivery apps.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs comfortably.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with the NYC street layout.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Availability to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
