Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify addresses and ensure the safe handling of items during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Utilize the company’s mobile application to receive orders and communicate with dispatch.
- Collect payment and obtain signatures when required upon delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or cargo van depending on route).
- Access to a smartphone with a reliable data plan.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs comfortably.
- Basic knowledge of the Denver metropolitan area and traffic patterns.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
