Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, and package orders to customers throughout Denver metropolitan area
- Maintain excellent customer service through friendly interactions and order accuracy
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and mechanical safety
- Accurately process cashless payments and manage order documentation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance and registration
- Smartphone with GPS capabilities and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills and punctuality
- Basic math proficiency for payment processing
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and vehicle inspection
